SAFETY GUIDELINES

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Players should be prepared for light physical activity. We recommend comfortable footwear. If you have specific accessibility needs or health conditions, please notify our staff before the game begins.

EMERGENCY EXITS

Your safety is our priority. All rooms are equipped with clearly marked emergency exits and safety releases. Doors are monitored and can be opened immediately from the inside at any time.

FAIR PLAY & GEAR

Brute force is never required to solve our puzzles. Please treat all props and set pieces with respect. If something is stuck, it is likely not part of the active game mechanics.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

To protect our intellectual property and the experience of future guests, cameras, mobile phones, and recording devices are strictly prohibited within the game rooms.

ZERO TOLERANCE

For the safety of all, players who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or narcotics will not be permitted to enter. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

Booking

All missions at Geraldine Escape Rooms require advance reservation via our online system or authorized partners. Reservations are held temporarily until payment is confirmed. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for briefing; late arrivals may have their gameplay time reduced to avoid impacting subsequent missions.

Refunds

Bookings are generally non-refundable due to the nature of our interactive experiences. However, full refunds may be issued if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the mission start time. Within 72 hours, refunds are ineligible; however, rescheduling options may be available depending on the circumstances.

Rescheduling

Missions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours will incur a $15 administrative fee per person. Rescheduling is not permitted within 24 hours of the mission time. One rescheduling event is permitted per booking.
